1. Can the perfume vending machine accept credit card payments?
Yes.
Our machines support credit card payments using NAYAX, a well-known and widely used international payment brand.
2. Can NAYAX be used in our country?
In most cases, yes.
NAYAX is available in around 80% of countries worldwide and has local technical support teams in many regions.
You can contact us to confirm availability in your specific country.
3. How do we set up and activate the NAYAX card reader?
After purchasing NAYAX from us, we will transfer the device to you and provide a registration link.
You register through this link, and the local NAYAX team will contact you to complete account setup and activation.
4. Can the machine use coin or bill acceptors? Does it support change?
Yes.
Besides NAYAX, the machine can be equipped with either a coin acceptor or a bill acceptor (not both at the same time).
Please note that change-making is not supported.

5. What models are available, and which ones sell best?
Our best-selling models are P6, P8, and P10.

6. Is there a minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
No.
There is no minimum order quantity. One machine is acceptable.
7. Is there a discount if we buy more machines?
Yes.
Better pricing is available for larger quantities.

Customization & User Interface
8. Can the machine be customized with our own logo?
Yes.
Brand customization is available even for one machine.
Simply send us your logo, and we will handle the layout and design.
9. What languages are available on the touchscreen interface?
The touchscreen supports multiple languages, including:
English
French
Portuguese
German
Spanish
10. How is standby advertising uploaded to the screen?
For the touchscreen interface, standby ads are uploaded through the backend system.
For freestanding models with a large screen, ads are uploaded via USB.
Insert the USB, and the content will play automatically.
Perfume Usage, Refill & Control
11. How is the perfume vending machine refilled?
Refilling is simple.
You open the machine and refill it using internal perfume bottles, not the display bottles shown in the front window.
12. How many sprays can one perfume bottle provide?
A standard 100 ml perfume bottle can usually provide around 1,000–1,500 sprays,depending on the spray settings and duration.
13. What regular maintenance is required?
Routine maintenance mainly includes:
Refilling perfume bottles
Occasionally checking the spray nozzle
No complex maintenance is required.
14. Which parts are more likely to wear out?
The most common wear parts are:
Spray nozzles
Pump components
These parts are replaceable.
15. Can we set how many sprays and how long each spray lasts per purchase?
Yes.
Both spray times and spray duration can be adjusted through our AI backend system.
16. Do you offer a backend system to monitor sales?
Yes.
An optional AI/backend system is available to monitor sales data, usage volume, and machine status.
Warranty, Production & Logistics
17. What is the warranty period?
The standard warranty period is one year.
If parts fail during the warranty period, replacement parts will be sent free of charge.
18. Can spare parts still be purchased after the warranty expires?
Yes.
Spare parts remain available after the warranty period.
19. What is the production lead time?
Production time is usually 10–20 days, depending on the model and customization.
20. How long does shipping take?
Air shipping: around 7–15 days
Sea shipping: around 25–55 days, depending on destination
21. Do we need our own import license?
No.
We provide door-to-door shipping with tax included, so you do not need to handle import licensing.
22. Can you arrange door-to-door shipping?
Yes.
We can arrange door-to-door delivery for most countries, including Europe and North America.
23. Do you provide basic training or guidance after delivery?
Yes.
We provide English user manuals covering basic operation and setup.
If you have any questions, we also offer online support and video guidance when needed.

24. Do you provide the perfume?
We can supply perfume, or you may use your own perfume brands, depending on your preference.
